Deltagarna delas in i två lag.

Fas 1: Deltagarna delas in i grupper.

Why

The best recipe against stress, bad software and an ever changing world is close collaboration. The smallest unit should be the team, not the individual. This leads to a creative work process, robust products and individuals that last. Important qualities when the software is supposed to be maintained for years to come.

How

During three hours the participants will experience how it is to work extremely close. In a simulation of a software project, the participants will turn requirements and wishes into a product. They will write a story together. In Google Docs.

The participants will be experiencing:

integration conflicts, technical and social

unclear requirements from stakeholders

colleagues with a different view of the problem

Just like real software development projects, but with the twist that you are a part of an eXtreme team.

Learn to

After the workshop the participants will have experienced:

together is the norm, alone is abnormal

follow and lead others, in a high pace

work in dynamical hierarchies

be creative with others

act without fully agreeing

collaborate with other extreme teams

Who

The workshop is for everyone that works with operations and development of software products. Programmers, testers, project leaders, UXers, Scrum Master etc.

Prerequisites

Bokstavligen - “allt i ordning”. Verktyg och ingredienser inom räckhåll. Upphackat, portionerat, klart.

Let’s meet at the Agical office, this night renamed to Café Clojure.

Bring your laptop and whatever project, or just an idea to your project, or your lack of ideas for a project. Lol. The point is that we meet and hack, and help each other.

The café is open for experts and beginners (and even intermediates). If you are completely new to Clojure, but curious, this is the perfect setting to help set your first toy or serious project up, ask the most basic questions, and just generally be in a jolly company when taking those first steps. If you’re an expert on something, be ready to share and help. But also expect to be able to get help and input for anything even half Clojure related.

The office has coffee and maybe some snacks too. When you get hungry, you eat your brought food or go out and bring up something edible from some nearby restaurant.

It’s a night for Happy Helpful Hacking! ♥️

Café Clojure Stockholm #1

Let’s meet at the Agical office, this night renamed to Café Clojure.

Bring your laptop and whatever project, or just an idea to your project, or your lack of ideas for a project. Lol. The point is that we meet and hack, and help each other.

The café is open for experts and beginners (and even intermediates). If you are completely new to Clojure, but curious, this is the perfect setting to help set your first toy or serious project up, ask the most basic questions and just generally be in a jolly company when taking those first steps.

OSA
OSA gärna, spela@agical.se
